Literary Fest

 LITAURA

The Kerala University College of Teacher Education (KUCTE), Nedumangad,  hosted its annual Literary Fest 2024-25, titled "LITAURA," starting from February 5, 2025. The event aimed to celebrate literature, creativity, and the arts, bringing together students and faculty for an enriching experience.

          

The fest was organized under the leadership of Dr. Renuka Sonny L. R., Principal of KUCTE Nedumangad, who serves as the General Convenor. The student coordinators for the event include Mohsina Asmin, Pooja S, and Muhammed Safwan F. S. Additionally, the program coordination was overseen by Smt. Saptha D, Faculty in Visual and Performing Arts, and Ms. Nithya K. P, Assistant Professor of English at the institution.

On February 5th, Painting, Pencil Drawing, Rangoli, Clay modelling and Poster making were conducted.

On 12th February, Short story writing in English, Hindi and Malayalam, Essay writing Hindi, poetry writing in English, Malayalam and Hindi were carried out.

On February 17th  cartooning and spot photography(on the topic: Birds, Animals and Insects) were performed.

On February 18th, Essay writing English and Malayalam were conducted.

Finally, debate competition was executed on February 19th 2025.

I participated in English poetry writing, essay writing and short story writing and turned out be a wonderful experience.

With a vibrant lineup of literary and cultural activities, LITAURA became an engaging platform for students to showcase their talents and passion for literature.
