Kerala Sasthra Sahithya Parishath

Kerala Sasthra Sahithya Parishad (KSSP)  is a prominent science and literature organization based in the Indian state of Kerala. It was founded in 1962 with the aim of promoting scientific temper, rational thinking, and a scientific approach to societal issues. The organization has played a significant role in popularizing science and scientific knowledge among the general public, particularly in the Malayalam-speaking region.

As part of its 63rd anniversary celebrations which was conducted in Nedumangadu taluk,  the Parishad organized 100 science classes across various schools, showcasing scientific experiments to students. To effectively conduct these sessions, B.Ed. students from KUCTE Nedumangad were given specialized training on March 3 and 5, equipping them with the necessary skills to engage young learners.

These trained students were then provided the opportunity to lead the classes, making the sessions interactive and educational. The initiative was met with great enthusiasm from students, who actively participated and found the experience enriching. The program aimed to foster scientific thinking and rationality among students, encouraging them to explore and understand the wonders of science. 

Overall, the event was a success, leaving a positive impact on both the participating students and the future educators involved.
