 ANTI-DRUG AWARENESS FLASH MOB

The NSS volunteers of Kerala University College of Teacher Education (KUCTE), Nedumangad, in collaboration with the Nedumangad Municipality, organized an impactful Anti-Drug Awareness Flash Mob on 27th March 2025. This event aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and promote a drug-free society.

Objectives

  • To educate the public, especially youth, on the harmful effects of drug use.
  • To spread the message of a drug-free society through an engaging and innovative approach.
  • To encourage healthy life choices among the community.

The flash mob took place in a public area in Nedumangad, attracting a large audience. The NSS volunteers delivered a high-energy performance, using vibrant dance moves and thought-provoking gestures to effectively communicate the dangers of drug abuse. The performance successfully captured public attention and conveyed the importance of leading a healthy and drug-free life.

The flash mob created a strong visual and emotional impact on the audience. It raised awareness about the negative consequences of drug abuse in an engaging and creative manner. The event reinforced the importance of community involvement in tackling social issues.

The Anti-Drug Awareness Flash Mob was a resounding success, effectively spreading awareness and inspiring the youth to stay away from drugs.
