World Environment Day 2025: A Celebration of Nature and Awareness

As part of the World Environment Day celebrations on June 5, 2025, the Natural Science Association Prakrithi of Kerala University College of Teacher Education, Nedumangad, organized a special program to promote environmental awareness and sustainable living. The event began with a prayer by Amrithasree, followed by a welcome speech by Dr. Sindhu I.P., Assistant Professor of Natural Science. 

The presidential address was delivered by the Principal, Dr. Renuka Sonny L.R. The highlight of the day was the inauguration and an insightful resource talk by Dr. Sunil Kesava Deth, retired Associate Professor and former HOD of the Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum.  Felicitations were offered by Smt. Bindu S Nair (Staff Advisor), Dr. Reshmi K S (Staff Secretary), and Mohammad Safwan F.S (Chairman). 

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Pooja S. This meaningful celebration echoed the college's ongoing commitment to nurturing nature and inspiring eco-conscious actions among students.
