My experience at the seven-day camp was truly enriching. Being in the second group helped me build strong bonds with my peers and develop real team spirit.
I learned how to organise camp activities and adapt to different situations, even with minimal facilities like sharing five bathrooms among fifty-three students and resting on benches and desks. The camp offered moments of fun, togetherness, and relaxation before entering Teaching Practice Phase 2 and the busy third and fourth semesters. Overall, it taught me cooperation, resilience, and the joy of simple living.
The programme effectively fostered a sense of service, responsibility, and commitment among future educators, leaving a lasting impact on all participants.
